Detailed information about specific courses can be found in the Prospectus of Chemistry and Life Science and Technology. For both Chemistry and LST, students have a choice of core courses and an academic development course from a larger set of courses.
The elective component can be filled with a broad range of courses, an extension of the research training projects or an extension of the specialisation-specific components.
As from the 2019-20 course year students in the LST programme have to choose four core courses from the three course series shown below: Biomedical, Molecular and Biophysical Sciences. At least one course from each series needs to be chosen. The choices can be limited by their prior education.
Students in the Chemistry programme choose four courses out of the courses listed here for their research area (Chemical Biology or Energy & Sustainability). The choices can be limited by their prior education.
