The course will deal with the biophysics of protein and protein interactions with other macromolecules as well as small compounds (such as drug-target interactions), discussing topics like the relation between structure-dynamics-function, types of complexes, enzyme function and theory of drug development methods. Relevant biophysical techniques will be discussed.
