Career College: Working in Research

Are you interested in a career in research? Then you should attend the next Career College on Wednesday 17 October, 15.30-17.30 in DM.1.09! The Science Career Service supports students and recent graduates in their career preparation. 

In this career college, a panel of researchers will talk about their careers and experiences in research within the business and academic environment. The opportunity will be there to discuss several topics with the panel members, like:

  • What is the difference between research within an academic and business environment?
  • Is a PhD degree a benefit or a disadvantage for a career in business?
  • Which skills are necessary to be a successful researcher?
