Admission and application

Prospective students of the MSc Chemistry programme or MSc Life Science  & Technology, Leiden that have a BSc degree in MST or LST are considered "doorstromers", and can apply directly to the Leiden Master's programmes by selecting Leiden University as their programme organiser in Studielink. Students enrolling from a BSc LST to a MSc Chemistry or enrolling from a BSc MST to a MSc Life Science and Technology have to apply on-line.

Enrolment in these programmes can start any month during the study year ("doorstromers"). The optimal starting moments are September and February.

Students with a Dutch passport (HBO, other University) and international students without a Dutch passport applying for admission to a master’s degree programme at Leiden University can apply online. These students can start in September or February only and must respect the deadlines set.
